Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the AnimeKu Android application (“Application”) operated by Wahidev (“Service Provider”).
Upon downloading or using the Application you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse engineering, or creating derivative versions of the Application or its trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to keep AnimeKu helpful and efficient, but may modify the Application or charge for certain services at any time. Any new charges will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone can compromise security and may prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
The Application integrates with services that maintain their own Terms & Conditions:
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible when connectivity issues, depleted data plans, or roaming fees limit functionality. If you incur charges from your carrier, including roaming, you accept responsibility. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you must have their permission.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and operational. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if you cannot access the Service due to device battery failure.
The Service Provider works to keep AnimeKu updated and accurate, but relies on third-party data and cannot guarantee completeness. They are not liable for losses arising from reliance on in-app information. You agree to install updates when provided. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the Application.
Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. This document is effective as of 2025-12-12. Continued use signifies acceptance of any changes, which will be posted on this page.
